Speaker 1 00:02:41 Just Speaker 3 00:02:42 A reminder that this Saturday, Speaker 1 00:02:48 Anybody Speaker 3 00:02:48 Looking to get involved, the registration form is online and also we meet at nine o'clock at the little reveal Speaker 0 00:02:58 To sign up. Thanks, Mr. Councilman. Kapi Chaill. No thanks Councilman Franker, no comment. Mayor Raj, no comment. I don't have any comments at this time. Either this time you'd like to open to the public if you have any comments or questions, Mr. Sure. Please counsel, state your name and your address and have three minutes and we should speak. Thank you. Thank you. Sure. I'm Ed Kin and I'm at One Speaker 4 00:03:26 Fountain Avenue. I'm a person who's pretty concerned about healthy environment and green energy. So I was pleased about the community cleanup that's gonna happen this weekend. And also the meeting we had on open space for the Hopper farm property, which I think is a good step, even though I think people feel they've waited a long time for that. But here's a concern I have. I'm following the New Jersey Mayors Climate Summit, which was held in February, right at Rutgers, not far from here. And co-sponsored by a sustainable jersey. And over 175 mayors and town officials came to the meeting, but not Mayor, Wahler. And this Skyway wasn't particularly represented. So these folks talk about what they're doing in their cities to combat climate change and promote a more sustainable environment. And they spoke about solar rising airone energy, electric, municipal fleets, green building principles, free home energy audits, disaster preparedness, neighborhood green teams, climate action and roadmaps for further progress. Speaker 4 00:04:36 I was concerned that Piscataway wasn't present in this discussion whatsoever. And I went to the sustainable Jersey website and I discovered that we had passed a resolution in 2014, I believe that Michelle Lombardi sponsored that resolution. But under our entry it says no action taken. And nine towns and cities in Middlesex County have taken action. Nine of them have bronze or silver certifications for their efforts. We're just not there. I want to know what's holding us back. If nine times 10 cities in Middlesex County alone have earned these certifications, why haven't we? And also I'm concerned that we're going backwards. I feel like the idea of putting a giant diesel truck bow on Centennial Avenue is not going forward. I feel like we're not qualifying for state grants that would assist us to do some of these measures like home energy audits. So we're leaving tax dollars on the table and I feel like we're not taking any leadership role when we are a very sizable representative community in New Jersey. And many, many others comparable to us are. In fact, Woodbridge has a silver star status under this. So I guess my question is, what's our sustainability plan? Where's our green team and why aren't we certified? Speaker 5 00:06:10 Aren't we in the process of, of working towards that Mayor? Well, I'll respect to disagree with the premise of being up the microphone. Just, you know, back in 2009, myself and several other mayors around this country have to say that I wasn't represented there. I, I've been involved with a lot of environmental issues and also energy conservation issues. As a matter of fact, myself along with eight other mayors from New Jersey were the ones that helped along with Senator Menendez and Congressman Palone at the time that was able to get the Energy Block grant program through Congress. It was the first time in the last 40 years that there was a directly funded project that went to towns and was a recipient of a $550,000 grant. And we installed Solar energy, as you everybody knows down the public works buildings. All of our buildings are being wired up with the exception of this one library because we can't do that 'cause of the way to warranty. Right. We've, we've basically are retrofitting all of our HVAC systems with all be the most state of the art energy saving. And there's a lot of other ancillary things that we, whether it's changing out to more energy fishing, lighting and things of that nature. So this fact that we have have doing, it's not correct. Speaker 4 00:07:31 No, I can say I even in showing up in these councils of cities that are making progress and they do take these very concrete, you know, energy climate action plans and get certified. That's what I said and I, I'm just curious why we're not participating in this process, Speaker 5 00:07:49 Ma'am. And I could also say that there's a lot of other meetings that take place throughout the state of New Jersey and United States through all those other towns having been represented. But Speaker 3 00:07:56 Beside that one, the one, yeah, one thing that you're, you alluded to the sustainable energy thing that New Jersey does, the paperwork involved just to get certified for that program. If I told you the paperwork involved, it's incredible. So it's not that we are not doing the right thing, we're just not certified for that particular sustainable energy program that you're talking about. We're also planning on doing additional solar Speaker 5 00:08:23 Power Speaker 3 00:08:24 Lease. We have solar on all of the roofs that will allow us to have solar on them. Right now. Some of our roofs will not allow us to have solar on 'em. That's why we don't have it at this point. And, and the community cleanup, we're doing two a year. We're doing this one here, then we're doing a stream. Speaker 4 00:08:43 So is there a green team that we participate on to get this knowledge out and spread it to other people Speaker 3 00:08:49 In the community? I've been doing the community cleanup for 10 years now. Speaker 4 00:08:53 No, I asked if there was a green team. It's Speaker 3 00:08:56 Not called the Green Dream. Yeah. But I advertise when we're doing the stream cleanups, I advertise when we're doing the community. This one is on earth. We, Speaker 4 00:09:07 For 10 years that I'm asking about these towns have plans. These plans are public plans and you can see the steps that people are taking and you know what they are. And you can hold them accountable for taking those steps and you can see where you can participate along the way. And I just haven't found that present. Speaker 0 00:09:25 Okay. Well thank you. You are welcome. Are there any other comments or questions from the public? Sure, sir. Please willing, state your name and address. Speaker 2 00:09:36 Anthony Wild. 2250 Plainfield Avenue North. And Mr. Wild, how are you guys? I just wanted to follow up. Haven't heard lately as to what the status is on the warehouse. I spoke to Steve last week. He hadn't heard anything new. They're starting to knock buildings down and, and do some deconstruction at this point. But do we know where Speaker 1 00:10:02 The, the answer as of about 11 o'clock this morning was that they, the two parties are still negotiating a commercial deal. I explained to Mr. Clarkin that the only saw I could keep telling people that and they're gonna want something beyond that. They're negotiating a complicated deal. You know what I'm talking about? Yeah, no, I do. It's a pharmaceutical company that would be very low impact. It would probably be less impact than the old facility was that was there, that's being taken down. You know, we're not a party to that. We've, we, through the ma the Mayor, I should really say, has done what he could do to encourage that particular entity to come to town, which we've done in other situations, somewhat confident that that, that that is the tenant that the developer desires. I'm told they're not gonna build anything until they got that agreement in place. Speaker 1 00:11:04 Originally told me was April, the middle of April? I'm, I, you know, you and I have had a number of conversations. I would like to get that resolved so that we don't have people out there saying there's gonna be a massive Truck depot. 'cause that is not my understanding of what the objective of the developer is, even though it was approved for a large, you know, a large structure. So as of 11 o'clock today, I'm told that the, that they're working on negotiating that contract out and they're not prepared to announce it until they've got a deal. Speaker 2 00:11:38 Makes perfect sense. And certainly I'm hopeful that that is comes to fruition. So, Speaker 1 00:11:44 And I, I mean, just so it's clear, 'cause I've told you this, I've said it privately and I've said it publicly. I I didn't, I thought that was too big and too intensive a use for that particular location. Though I'm generally supportive of economic development. I thought that was not the right concept for that place. The, the project that we hope goes there would be consistent. It would be a high tech, you know, facility, which is what we do want to encourage. And I'm sure a lot of good jobs in low impact. So we've done what we could do from a Township perspective by encouraging that to happen. Speaker 0 00:12:23 Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Sure. Any other comments or questions at this time? Speaker 6 00:12:34 Good evening, Mayor counsel. I'm Jenna Alexander of one 15 and you drive in our town and I just wanna say to the council and to the Mayor that you're doing a wonderful job. I see engineers on the streets all the time. I paving, I'm detoured a lot down streets because of Ping. And I just wanna say thank you for that. I wanna say thank you for removing debris from the streets and from our, our homes. I don't know how we're doing it with so many storms that we've received over the past couple weeks, but I just wanted to say thank you for that and thank you for the work that you do. Thank, Speaker 0 00:13:08 Thank, thank you. Any other comments or questions from the public at this time? Speaker 7 00:13:17 David Akens, rose Valley Lane. Good evening, Ms. Kins. Evening Council. Good evening. In reference to the young lady that's here thanking about the roads that were or has been approved. Just don't forget Anrose Valley, just stay, wait Speaker 0 00:13:33 Now, Glenfield Speaker 1 00:13:35 Avenue, on Speaker 7 00:13:36 A more serious note, I forgot the name of the appraisal company that does the appraisals for the Township for the residential. Do you, do you remember the name of that illustrious name of that company? Speaker 1 00:13:55 Jim, is this for the, the tax assessments or this general appraisal? We, we have, Speaker 7 00:14:00 We got Speaker 1 00:14:03 The appraisal. Speaker 0 00:14:04 Real, real realty appraisals. Right. Speaker 7 00:14:09 What I'm gonna ask the council. Oh, when, when is the contract up? Speaker 0 00:14:20 We, well we can actually get back to you on that Mr. Agencies. I'm not really Speaker 7 00:14:23 Sure. Okay. We'll Speaker 1 00:14:24 Run through, through all the appeals that they did, they were hired to do the re a certain Speaker 0 00:14:28 Number of appeals. Right? Speaker 1 00:14:29 Well, however many appeals come out through the process that they just run through. Okay. Their job, for the most part is done other than people file for appeals and do assessments. Speaker 7 00:14:43 Okay. I'm gonna request this from the council. If you look at the agenda, alpha bravo, delta, echo box, truck, all of these are tax court adjustments. Now, I don't know if they're all residential or commercial, but I mean, this is not the first time. So what I'm, I'm requesting, unlike when you have changes to have a change warrant, a change tool, we discussed it, it varies because it just keeps adding on. I can understand that. But with the tax adjustment and the settlement, why can't that amount be displayed on the agendas, Speaker 1 00:15:31 David? I mean we, we can definitely look to the reason why it's not on there is just a lot of these judgements for multiple years. For multiple amounts. And so, you know, if, if we start listing everything out on the agenda, the agenda ends up being four or five pages long. And, and also the, the other issue is the more information you put, if there's an inaccuracy on it that could affect the noticing. So, but we, I mean we, we can talk about it, but there, there's, you know, there's, we, we can definitely answer any question you'd like to do. Anytime you have a question on anything. We, we provide the information. So, Speaker 7 00:16:03 Well that's, that's a little different what I'm asking. This is a settlement. It's done. It's a dumb deal unless you tell me otherwise. It's a dumb deal As far as adding more information, there's, it's not significant. Speaker 1 00:16:16 The resolution, Dave, it's got lot. Speaker 7 00:16:18 I I understand Speaker 1 00:16:19 It's got a lot of data on it. That's what I, Speaker 7 00:16:21 I understand that Speaker 1 00:16:22 You don't say the number right now though. Speaker 0 00:16:24 I think you're just saying you want the total there. The total Speaker 7 00:16:26 Amount, amount. Sure. I mean it's already been settled. It's a settled on the agenda. I mean on the resolution. You can go into detail, that's fine. I'm not asking for anybody. What Speaker 0 00:16:34 We'll do is we'll look to put the years in the amounts because it's broken down. Yes, Speaker 7 00:16:38 Yes, I know. Okay, thank you. Well that, because I know there's gonna be more tax appeals showing up. I mean that's just a trend. I haven't looked at the proposed agenda yet. So how long will it take to have this in place approximately? Give approximately, Speaker 1 00:16:58 I make do the right format. Speaker 0 00:17:01 Okay. So he's gonna have to talk to Melissa just to make sure the format is correct and then we should be able to have, so maybe if not that next council meeting, maybe the meeting after. Speaker 7 00:17:09 I'm gonna remind you guys. Please, please do. Thank you. These Speaker 1 00:17:12 Are all, these are all commercial properties. Speaker 7 00:17:15 I you don't, that's why I said I don't want to complicate this. I said I don't care if it's commercial or residential. Right. If even if it's commercial. It's the same. Same. It's, it's so many appeals. Are these people who's doing commercial? Although they may be different than the other companies. Why are they so off all the time? And significant numbers too. No, Speaker 1 00:17:37 You're, so, you're missing the point there. The, the appraisals, the rev evals Speaker 7 00:17:42 Are Speaker 1 00:17:43 Done now to avoid this issue. In other words, to avoid having the numbers be way outta line. These commercial, some of these commercial properties are still evaluated from several years ago. They, and, and commercial properties. We've had this conversation before when the, when the business shuts down, in other words, if it gets evaluated and it's a full running office building, it's X dollars. If in the interim it empties out and they have layoffs like Cordia and other companies have had, unfortunately in town the value drops. So it's got nothing to do with whether the reval company did a good job or bad job. It's a change in circumstances that warrants these commercial reevaluation. Speaker 0 00:18:24 So when the building is empty, they have the ability to come back to us and ask for a reduction. That's fine. I'm gonna ask them, just put the number down. No problem. Yeah, Speaker 1 00:18:32 We can do that. That's Dave. I, I often tell you what the number is 'cause I think the public should, should know. And so I've made it a practice a lot of times if reading it out. But I agree, you could put it on me. It's not, I don't think it's a problem with doing that other than format. Speaker 0 00:18:48 Okay, thank you. Speaker 1 00:18:49 Okay, thanks. Speaker 0 00:18:50 Anyone else at this time? Please come to the podium. State your name and address. You have three minutes, which to speak. Speaker 9 00:19:01 Hello? Shaki River Road 1 0 1 Shirley Parkway. Nothing to complain about. Nothing. Not, you know, everything's been been good copacetic so far. I wanna apologize for not being here last time, last meeting. You know, I said it. We come and we'd share everything with you as it goes about, you know, be completely done. Everything. Unfortunately I could make this last meeting I was in Nashville. If anyone needs any recommendations for some, some fantastic barbecue, I got you. Just lemme know. Speaker 1 00:19:26 Core keys, Speaker 9 00:19:28 Biscuits and gravy. Very different there than here. I can tell you that much. Speaker 9 00:19:34 We appreciate the effort everyone's putting forward. We look forward to seeing everyone at the street fair. We appreciate everything Mr. Will's putting forward. He's been in constant contact with us. We will be setting up a time, I believe this week with Mr. Naman from PCTV to go through with tidbits that he wants of, of information to be put on PCTV, which is awesome. North Downton Arbor and River Road did meet last night. Finally, everyone's back in this state or country. We had a very good meeting, I think for the first time in the better part of, well definitely the three and a half years that I've been here. But I would venture to even say maybe the better part of the last decade. We have a, a good working relationship, especially us in North Settleman Arbor. We're trying to figure out how to help them fill their voids so that they can move forward as well. Speaker 9 00:20:20 After the last meeting since then, I had spoken to Mr. Dacey, I believe more than once, whether he wanted to speak to me or not. I'm very persistent. We will definitely have that documentation to you that you asked for. I know we're, we're lagging for financial documentation at this time. That's our fault. I did visit our accountant today because we not been responding to emails. His place of business. I knocked on his door the same way with anyone else and I asked, he said Friday. So hopefully beginning of next week, we'll have everything to you guys for financial. That letter that you had asked for that letter will be forthcoming very shortly. We just need to get some things outta the way last night, north, they have some things that they're taking care of. We just had a get on par. I spoken to yourself and lieutenant and try to understand their situation a little better so we can definitely get that letter out. We have no complaints at this time. We look forward to working with everyone. We're glad that we all got each other's attention at this point. You know, I know I come here, I have my three minutes, you know that clock and I'm looking at it. I'm, I'm let down. Speaker 0 00:21:23 We're close. Speaker 9 00:21:25 You know, we, we asked a lot of you guys, so, you know, I, I made sure that we came today to ask if you have anything to ask of us. Speaker 0 00:21:37 Does anybody have you guys do? I've said this many times. You guys do a good job. Very difficult job. Speaker 9 00:21:43 We service Speaker 0 00:21:45 Everybody. Job. Speaker 9 00:21:46 I know our agency has serviced some, some family members of those of you that sit before me today, you know, I know we've serviced a lot of our firefighters and some of even their family members. I just came from a district two meeting. You know, they, they assist us. We, we asked them if they had any, anything to, to bring up. They didn't really have any questions, comments, or concerns at this time. If you guys ever have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do feel free to reach out. Ms. McCollum, we're still waiting for you to reach out in terms of partnering for some other things you said. You said you were interested. I got Crystal all jazzed up. She, she hasn't emailed me. Speaker 0 00:22:19 I'm close but I can't until I take care of some things first. Speaker 9 00:22:23 I'm close. We, we have some things that are coming up in town. I don't know, one of our community members passed away recently. Unfortunately there snowboarding incident. We'll be providing a standby service. This Friday is the 20th. Yep. Friday. I would encourage, you know, everyone to come. You know, it's an unfortunate thing. We're gonna be there. North Stone's gonna be there. We wanna support them beyond that. We will also be working, working. Mr. Mr. Warren, I'm not sure if this is how you say his name properly from the English department over in high school. They're gonna be having the 5K next week we're gonna be going back to back. We're doing a rough Speaker 0 00:22:54 So guess what, Evan? Speaker 9 00:22:56 Too many minutes. Speaker 0 00:22:57 Yes. Speaker 9 00:22:58 And you guys, if you guys would like, and we'll be out at the 5K. We'll be tabling at the event in front of the here in a few weeks. So we're gonna be sharing booth, Barbara actually, sir. So you know, we're gonna be working to help them with their membership and you know, it's a different world than the last 90 days. We really appreciate it. You're Speaker 0 00:23:16 Welcome. It's all about teamwork and communication. So glad that we're all in aligned. Thank Speaker 9 00:23:20 You. Any questions, please, please, please call me, harass me the same way. Harass everyone else. I expect in return, if not twofold. So please do lay it on. Speaker 0 00:23:29 Thank you. Thank you. Any other comments or questions from the public at this time? Please conclude. State your name and address and all three minutes. Speaker 7 00:23:45 Curtis gr. 17th West third. Good evening, Mr. Speaker 5 00:23:49 Grs. Speaker 7 00:23:49 How are you? Good. Hi. I need to ask the Mayor, he said last meeting there was a person cleaning the parks up. We need to know if he, when and doing that. Got the Hazelwood, Speaker 5 00:24:07 The, the, the contractor just started mobilizing the, Speaker 7 00:24:14 Okay. You, do you know when he'll get around the Hazelwood Park? Speaker 5 00:24:20 Curtis? I, I don't know the answer to that question to be honest with you. We're we're concentrated more on getting the brush picked up before Mother's Day. That is the first priority that we have. Okay. The second priority is trying to fill some of the potholes. Oh, Speaker 7 00:24:32 Okay. Speaker 5 00:24:32 Everything. We're not even doing bulk pickups for the month of May because there's so much debris throughout the town that's still out there that this is gonna rival probably touch wise Hurricane Sandy status every day. How bad it is. Speaker 7 00:24:49 Okay, last, last meeting you was talking about buying a piece of properties in between city properties. I want to know, do you sell any of the city properties that that could be sold? Like the piece that's on the corner of second and Hazel, that the house was torn down but the city owns like eight 50 feet of that. So are they interested in selling that so somebody can buy and build a better house? Speaker 5 00:25:15 They would, the normal process is that they would have to put a letter in to the Township attorney to see the planning department to see if the town would make any sense to do it. Speaker 7 00:25:27 So yes, they can. They just have to put the, the application. Speaker 5 00:25:29 They'll send a letter in Speaker 7 00:25:31 If it's, I just wanna ask the lady said by the streets, Washington Avenue where they dug it up and put pipes in. Are they anticipating going back and saw cutting that and paving that? Speaker 5 00:25:46 If I may, PSEG is gonna be mobilizing next week. The 135 streets where they installed the upgrade of the infrastructure, the new gas piping, they're gonna go in and mill those, those trenches out. So they're expected to have that finished around mid July and all those streets are put on our website today. Yep. Yeah. Speaker 7 00:26:09 Okay. Would now like to turn it other part over there, Mr. Frank? I had Frank come out at Mayor's request, I guess to look at the property I was discussing when the Mayor said it wasn't. And I need Frank to elaborate on that situation if you can. You talking Speaker 5 00:26:26 Down on the corner of south second and Speaker 7 00:26:28 I'm talking about both of exactly the one we went to road down without anyone. Speaker 5 00:26:35 Correct? Yeah. We're gonna get that cleaned up. So I guess what you wanna, what you Speaker 0 00:26:43 Add what Speaker 1 00:26:44 I wanna hear. I didn't hear now I know. Okay. Speaker 0 00:26:49 Exactly. Thank you Frank, you are there any other comments or questions from the public at this time? I'd like to A motion. Motion. Second. Second. Speaker 1 00:27:04 A all Speaker 0 00:27:04 In Speaker 1 00:27:05 Favor? Aye. Speaker 0 00:27:07 And move on the agenda portion of the meeting. I'd like to call the meeting to order accurate notice of this meeting has been provided as required in the chapter 2 31 appeal, 1975 specifying the time, date, location n to extent known the agenda by posting a copy of the notice on the municipal building municipal court and the two municipal library bulletin board providing a copy to the official newspapers of the Township and by filing copy of the office of the Township clerk in accordance with the certification by the clerk, which will be entered into the minutes please. The Speaker 1 00:27:40 Councilman Lord Here. Councilman Kale Councilman Cahn. Here. Councilman here. Councilman shock here. Councilman IWiN here and Speaker 0 00:27:50 Councilman here. Could you please stand for the item number five, ordinance on set to accept the faculty at River Road Inwood. This will be open to the public. Are there any comments or questions at this time? Item number six in ordinance on second reading to accept traffic safety, black River Road, infield Avenue. This will also be open to be public to adopt these ordinance. Are there any comments or questions at this time? I'm sorry. Sorry, Mr. Waiting to be open. Public portion. Sorry. Oh, item number seven, just warnings on second reading. Accepting traffic signal at River Road and Centennial Avenue. Are there any comments or questions? Speaker 1 00:28:47 You say the all of these projects, we only have improved that traffic flow in that area, particular that avenue? Speaker 0 00:29:02 I I can tell you anytime you're sitting here and it's at an odd hour and you have to wait for a a, a traffic signal. This is like a blessing in disguise. I'm telling you when these signals are working like this. So it's a good thing for us Speaker 1 00:29:12 To, well, and I'll, I I I should say that Centennial Avenue is being reconstructed, which means it desperately and not only will the road be reconstructed, but there's some issues with the, the lights and the timing of lights and some of the lights are antiquated with respect to their sensitivity and all that would be improved, which will greatly improve the traffic flow through there as well. Speaker 0 00:29:37 I Speaker 1 00:29:39 No problem. If I may at time, do we actually look at the timing of the lights such as the one right out here on Old Lane Speaker 5 00:29:50 And Jim? Those those are through the maintenance department. Department of Transportation. Okay. Is the question you on the phone with a issue after them then? They, they had actually had somebody out there this week Speaker 0 00:30:04 Moving Speaker 5 00:30:04 Microwave, infrared right there because did a wing. Speaker 1 00:30:10 Okay. Mr. Haw? No thanks Mr. rn. Nor Ms. Mayor council, I don't have any comments. I'd like to open it up to the public at this time. State your name and Speaker 2 00:31:52 Anthony Wild. 2250 Plainfield Avenue North. I have actually two questions. One, didn't we just do the lights on River Road? I mean, you know, the Centennial Light or were those temporaries that are, because it seems like it's working fairly well. Speaker 5 00:32:08 No, this is for the acceptance of like, Speaker 0 00:32:13 It's a four. Okay. It's process. Speaker 2 00:32:17 And then my other question is Plainfield Avenue and particularly Plainfield Avenue North is not doing very well. I mean, they packed some pothole, but it is in fairly bad shape. And when they put in the far curb on the far side of the road from where the houses are back about 10 years ago, they paved the road about a foot too narrow to park on it. And I brought this up before, but I'm hoping that if we may be able to widen the road by a foot, so everybody who lives on Plainfield Avenue North wouldn't have a problem of parking or have, if they have guests over, they wouldn't have to worry about their guests getting tickets. Speaker 1 00:33:01 Is there a curb on the other side from the question? Speaker 2 00:33:03 I remember it was, the curb was added about 10 years ago, I say, and at that time I asked about it and they said, well, I mean they put up the sign, no parking at that point. And I asked about it and well, it has to be 30 feet. And I measured, and it was like 29 and a half or 29. So I would love to see the foot, the road widened by a foot or whatever is necessary. So actually our, again, I mean people used to park at the GE healthcare parking lot on occasion when they had guests over, now they have to drive around the corner or, you know, is is the issue really Speaker 1 00:33:42 A problem? Is the issue not supposed to go being widened? But the issue that that that there, that it's no parking that went to go, Speaker 2 00:33:50 There's no parking is the issue. And, Speaker 1 00:33:52 And I don't know. And the lawyer you're saying is that we, we have to have no parking if the street's less than 30 feet. Speaker 2 00:33:58 That was what I was told. This was a couple of years ago. Speaker 1 00:34:04 I let me Speaker 2 00:34:07 Wave that. I think that would, Speaker 1 00:34:09 I don't, let me look at that and talk Raj. Speaker 2 00:34:14 Thank you. Sure. Speaker 0 00:34:15 Any other comments or questions this time? Have a motion to Second. Second. All in favor? Good evening. Meetings.
