Speaker 0All right. Number 11.
Speaker 1Number 11. We have a discussion regarding the board of education in middler county, vocation on technical schools. Is there someone from the board of education to discuss, to lead that discussion?
Speaker 8Yes. My name's Adam Finkel. I'm speaking on behalf of the middle size county VO tech. I'm the architect of record with SSP architects.
Speaker 1Okay. You may proceed.
Speaker 8All right. Thank you. At 21 Suttons lane, we are proposing a partial roof replacement. We're replacing approximately 30,000 square feet of existing deteriorated roofing with a new modified by two minutes roofing system, we will increase insulation to meet current energy codes. As part of that piece, we are replacing roof drains, area, dividers, flashings, that sort of thing. We are also replacing three mechanical units. Those are being in kind to meet efficiencies. And last we are adding metal wall panels to a mechanical mezzanine. This is a project in continuation of previous work. We've done at the district to upgrade the roofing and mezzanine areas at the a campus.
Speaker 1Is that it? Do you board members, do you have any discussions or questions from, from this witness?
Speaker 5Adam chairs, Councilwoman Cahill, no specific questions, but curious as to when well work might start, right?
Speaker 8I can answer that work is expected to commence right after graduation. Probably between June 24th and probably July 5th or sixth. Right after 4th of July work would be substantially a complete by the end of the summer, August 26th with maybe some minimal punchless work occurring in September.
Speaker 5Okay. So essentially in time for the new school year,
Speaker 8Correct? Yes.
Speaker 5Okay. Thank you. Mr. Dacey.
Speaker 1Didn't he say, excuse me. I had a question. Did you say 20, 26? It's gonna take, were the dates, you mentioned 22.
Speaker 8No, it was this upcoming summer 2022. The completion would be August 26th of this year.
Speaker 1Oh, okay. All right. I, I get, thank you. Anyone else have any questions of Mr. Dacey?
Speaker 3Just to decide note Madam chair. This is on Mayor. Wahler I can remember when it, I was at the dedication of the building when it was the opening back in the seventies.
Speaker 1Oh my goodness. Okay. And the work is probably justified. Okay. There are any other questions. I, I, I thank you for your testimony. There's no concerns by the board. So I, I hope you have good luck in their construction and it all goes according to plans.
